Mr. Kangmin Ko is the founder and CEO of HIM Sports Rehabilitation Centre. He was the South Korean National Taekwando Player before he started his career as a physiotherapist. His experience being a professional athlete had given him a good understanding of sports medicine studies.
Prior to starting his own centre, he was the trainer of the Korean National Wrestling Team. He was also recruited by several football clubs in Korea, including FC Seoul, Gyeongnam FC and Suwon Samsung Bluewings as their professional trainer.
In 2017, he was invited by the Malaysian Government to support the recovery of athletes of 7 sports in SEA Games 2017. He realized there is a huge gap between Malaysia and Korea standard in recovery and rehabilitation, thus inspired him to establish his presence in Malaysia.
